What You'll Do

• Oversee and coordinate production and assembly activities.
• Collaborate with production control, Order Processing, safety, and purchasing teams.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Provide direction and training per department manager’s instructions.
• Manage personnel and activities in respective areas of responsibility.
• Implement productivity improvements, such as cycle time and cost-cutting measures.
• Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and other departments.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, assembly, materials, quality programs, and safety programs.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by example.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
