Job Description:
The Production Supervisor manages team workflow by assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management. They improve departmental processes, set targets, coach staff, resolve issues, and serve as a link between subordinates and upper management.

Location: On-site, Aurora, CO

Work Schedule: Night shift 6pm-6am with rotating weekends (mandatory)

Compensation: Attractive annual salary of $70,000-$75,000 plus bonus opportunities. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, sick leave, and holidays. Salary based on experience, skills, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify shipments, handle materials, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Ensure training completion (OSHA, compliance) and maintain records for audits.
• Manage operations within budget and customer requirements.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Set performance goals and communicate them to staff.
• Develop schedules, assign work, monitor productivity, and implement procedures.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and coach.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records, approve payroll.
• Ensure legal and company policy compliance; undertake disciplinary actions if needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and handle accident investigations.
• Follow GMP and report non-compliance.
• Enforce safety rules and manage 15+ hourly associates and temps.

Requirements:

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED; BS/BA in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in distribution, 3PL, or warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 5S and continuous improvement programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and WMS software.
• Experience managing 15+ associates is a plus.
