The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations in a manufacturing environment while actively working on the production floor. This role ensures that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality, while providing hands‑on leadership and guidance to the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production staff on the manufacturing floor, serving as a working supervisor who actively participates in daily operations.

• Coordinate and manage production activities to ensure schedules, output targets, and quality standards are consistently achieved.

• Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively to maintain smooth and efficient production processes.

• Provide clear direction, coaching, and support to team members to promote high performance and continuous improvement.

• Ensure adherence to established manufacturing procedures, safety regulations, and quality control standards.

• Identify and address production issues or bottlenecks promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

• Collaborate with other departments to support production planning, problem-solving, and process improvements.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with facility standards and policies.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
