Employees who transition to full-time status gain access to comprehensive health insurance and a 401(k) package, supporting both their immediate well-being and long-term financial security. The company values family connections in the workforce, while maintaining clear boundaries to avoid direct supervisory relationships between family members.
The role is based in an automotive glass manufacturing facility operating under a union environment (UAW).
