Opportunity Summary:

As the Production Supervisor, you will manage plant employees to meet manufacturing and production schedules, coordinate production operations, and maintain quality and safety standards for the facility.

How you will impact WestRock:

• Enforce plant safety regulations and promote safety awareness among employees.
• Manage manufacturing staff, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Recommend improvements for safety, environmental, and health standards.
• Oversee daily shift operations with focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Monitor production to eliminate waste and ensure schedules are met.
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency, reduce overtime, downtime, and repair costs.
• Optimize load factors and workflow for maximum capacity and effective use of resources.

What you need to succeed:

• High School diploma or G.E.D. with 3-4 years of related experience.
