Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule daily activities of production personnel.
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to optimize efficiency.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, attendance, and incidents.
• Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using production software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.

• Fast-paced production facility.
• May require standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
