Job summary

Premier PV, LLC is seeking a front-line people leader to oversee multiple cells/lines per shift. The role focuses on maintaining a safe workplace, ensuring product quality, and achieving on-time delivery while optimizing labor and equipment use.

You will coach team leads and technicians and coordinate with cross-functional partners. This position may be assigned to a specific Premier PV product line, such as PV eBOS equipment, PV harness & electrical assemblies, or structural/mechanical
