Job summary

Premier PV LLC is seeking a Production Assembly Operator to assemble parts and test components for finished solar BOS products. The role requires reading work instructions, following safety protocols, and maintaining production records while supporting a team to meet output goals.

Responsibilities include operating assembly equipment, conducting routine quality checks, and reporting defects. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and attention to detail in a modern manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and operate work instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts and components of finished products according to established work instructions.
  • Perform routine quality checks on assembled goods and report defects to Supervisor/Management.
  • Operate and monitor assembly machinery, tools, and equipment safely to ensure efficient production.
  • Maintain accurate production records, track material usage, and report issues to Supervisor.
  • Follow safety protocols, wear required PPE, and keep workstation clean and organized.

Job Overview:The Production Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting components to produce finished high-quality products that meet quality and dimensional standards. Our mission is to provide innovative, efficient, and reliable products that enhance solar energy systems.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Assemble parts, components of finished products according to established work instructions.Perform routine quality check on assembles goods, identify and reporting defects to Supervisor and/or Management,Operator and monitor assembly machinery, tools, and equipment safely to ensure efficient production.Maintain accurate production records, track material usage, and report any issues to Supervisor.Follow all safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and keep workstation clean and organized.REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.Ability to read and operate work instructions and work as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Premier PV provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
