Job summary

Aegis is partnering with a long-standing manufacturing firm in Antioch, IL to hire a Production Supervisor. You will lead a team on the production floor, ensuring product quality, proper labeling, and packaging while maintaining safety standards and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in supervision within a high-speed manufacturing setting, experience overseeing 50+ employees, and are bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as supervisor/lead in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience overseeing 50+ employees in manufacturing.
• Proven success driving continuous improvement with Lean, 5S and safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visual line checks for quality, labeling and packaging.
• Review, collect and track production data; report variances to management.
• Resolve daily production issues with Customer Service, Purchasing and Logistics.
