Job summary

Alexandria Industries in Alexandria, MN is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead the fabrication team, drive safe, efficient, high-quality production and partner with departments to meet customer requirements. • Ability to recognize and address safety concerns.
• Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, and on-call as needed.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and moving machinery.
• Associate degree in Machine Tool, Business Management, or a related field.

About the job

We are hiring a Production Supervisor to lead employees in our fabrication department and help ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production. This role partners with team members and support departments to meet customer requirements, improve processes, and support employee development. The Production Supervisor is responsible for daily team leadership, scheduling support, training, and production performance.
