Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years supervisory experience leading 20+ employees preferred; poultry/food industry a plus.
• Skills: strong communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Production Superintendent

In this key role, you'll serve as the frontline leader overseeing daily operations within our poultry production facility. You'll ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, qualityassurance, and efficiency. Based primarily on the production floor, you'll coordinate teamduties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helping maintain a productive and well-functioning workplace.

What You’ll Need
