Qualifications
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- Experience leading supervisors and hourly production teams.
- Background in aluminum casting, metals, foundry, rolling, or similar heavy manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing production KPIs, staffing, safety, and quality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.

- Monitor KPIs including OEE, yield, throughput, scrap, and downtime.

- Identify equipment and process issues affecting performance.

- Partner with maintenance, engineering, quality, and other departments.
