Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Superintendent/Production Manager or similar experience preferred.
• Strong people leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop supervisors and production teams across multiple shifts.
• Own daily production execution to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and adjust schedules to meet changing demands.
• Drive accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the department.
• Analyze production data, identify gaps, and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and HR to support staffing, training, and performance.
• Lead by example in health, safety and environment (HSE) practices.
• Conduct safety meetings, observations, and coaching; support incident investigations.
