Job summary

Stratas Foods LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking an entry-level Production Stacker to safely stack, inspect, and move finished products through the production area. You will work across shifts, maintain product flow, and operate pallet jacks to support warehouse movement.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to read instructions and SOPs. Prior manufacturing experience is welcomed; lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and SOPs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Stack finished products according to specifications and patterns.
• Inspect products for defects, damaged packaging, or labeling issues.
• Remove non-conforming product and notify appropriate personnel.
• Maintain continuous product flow to prevent interruptions.
• Operate a manual or electric pallet jack to move products and pallets.
• Stage completed product for pickup by warehouse personnel.
• Supply empty pallets and materials to production lines as needed.
• Maintain GMP-compliant, clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all food safety, quality, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Assist with line changeovers, sanitation, and general housekeeping.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Assist other team members to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
