Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or construction settings.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and measurements.
• Proficiency with tape measures and basic measuring tools.
• Commitment to safety and proper PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to cut, shape, and prepare materials per specs.
• Read orders, measurements, and drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Measure, cut, and verify materials with tape measures.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Move materials around the production area and maintain inventory records.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe; end-of-day cleanup.
• Follow safety policies and PPE usage; work with teammates to meet daily goals.
