Job summary

Atlas Molded Products is seeking a Production Helper to assist with production, inspection, packaging of product, and cleanup of scrap material. You will follow shift directions and maintain a clean work area.

The role requires basic math and English fluency; prior manufacturing experience is preferred. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate basic equipment as trained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and use hand-held measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production, inspection, and packaging of products.
• Record required information on in-process sheets.
• Support cleanup of scrap material and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Operate side-wrappers and pallet jacks as instructed.
• Comply with safety requirements and quality system awareness.
• Follow shift start directions and report to supervisor for daily tasks.
• Meet defined production procedures and be trained to fulfill job requirements.
