Job summary

PCNA seeks a Technician II – Stamping to operate and maintain stamping equipment, ensuring quality production in a clean, safe environment. The role suits hands-on individuals who pay attention to detail and collaborate well with others.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, meeting quality and productivity targets, and performing routine service and adjustments. Previous CNC or related machinery experience is a plus within a team-driven setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year light industrial machine operation preferred.
• Experience with CNC, silkscreen press, lathe or fine adjustment machinery is a plus.
• Internal candidates – minimum of 3 months experience as Journalbooks Production Technician I.

Responsibilities

• Maintains understanding of the operating procedure in the department.
• Operates decorating equipment and maintenance.
• Performs quality production at reasonable speeds, taking full advantage of the equipment available.
• Operates, maintains and performs routine service on any equipment used in the completion of these tasks.
• Performs routine setting adjustments on machines.
• Ensures that targets are met for quality, productivity, throughput time and on-time delivery.
• Adheres to safe work practices as indicated in the policy manual.
• Maintains a clean, safe and well-organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The Position

The Technician II – Stamping responsibilities is for running and maintaining equipment, checking for quality and keeping up with production goals in a clean and safe work environment. This role is great for someone who likes hands‑on work, pays attention to detail and works well with others.
