We are seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Production Specialist to join the Schneider Electric team. The plant specializes in Standard & Engineering to Order (ETO) solutions within the Secure Power Division, focusing primarily on prefabricated data centers and power modules for the Data Center sector.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • In-depth knowledge of industrial facilities and technical engineering principles
  • Strong decision-making abilities and a decisive mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience in team management and collaboration
  • Proficiency in generating and analyzing productive reports

Description:

The successful candidate will be part of the production team, leading projects alongside electrical engineers and BIM designers. Responsibilities include monitoring the project during the production phase, from high-level design to construction, defining materials (BOM), supporting the design team, liaising with suppliers, managing costs, and collaborating with other departments such as Engineering, Project Management, Warehouse, Materials Management, Industrialization, Quality, H&S, and supporting plant planners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead electrical and mechanical installation projects in the technical office.
  2. Serve as the point of contact between engineering and plant production team leaders.
  3. Implement modifications to installations and manage plan challenges; control documentation.
  4. Transfer production needs to the plant team leaders.
  5. Oversee overall project planning to optimize productive resources.
  6. Participate in daily production meetings.
  7. Monitor and improve work instructions.
  8. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the plant, products, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Interpretation of 2D and 3D plans using CAD tools (Revit and AutoCAD).
  • Experience in designing electrical/mechanical components and machining work.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Good communication skills in English and the local language.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or an AA college degree in CAD or drafting studies is preferred.
