Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications for each piece of equipment.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
• Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate the machines (or “tools”) that manufacture microcontrollers and other embedded control products.
• Qualify tools and run engineering experiments to ensure equipment and processes meet documented limits.
• Communicate to appropriate people when equipment and processes do not meet limits.
• Learn the essential protocol for the cleanroom.
• Work 12-hour shifts, alternating between 3 and 4 shifts per week.
• Develop knowledge to help the team meet production goals.
