Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal direction.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications for each piece of equipment.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Adaptability to frequent change and improvements.
• Reliable and consistent attendance is essential.
• Ability to wear the required cleanroom garment with hood, mask, safety glasses, gloves and booties.
• Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• You will learn to operate the machines (tools) that manufacture microcontrollers and other embedded control products.
• You will learn to qualify tools and run engineering experiments to ensure that equipment and processes are within documented specified limits.
• Communicate to the appropriate people when equipment and processes do not meet documented specified limits.
• Learn the essential protocol for the cleanroom and work in 12-hour shifts across available schedules.
• Develop the knowledge and expertise to help your functional area team meet production goals.
