Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of work experience preferred (manufacturing, warehousing, or customer service ideal).
• Basic chemistry knowledge (high school level).
• Able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production tasks following SOPs and cleanroom protocols.
• Support shift operations by arriving on time and following assignments from leads.
• Maintain safety by adhering to procedures, using PPE, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Ensure quality by following SOPs, reporting issues, and participating in root cause investigations.

Openings: 9 Positions – Immediate Start

Salary Range: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour (DOE)

Shift Differentials: +$1.00/hr Swing Shift, +$2.00/hr Night Shift

Shifts Available:

• 3 Swing Shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm)
• 3 Night Shift (10:00 pm – 6:30 am)
• Overtime (OT): Encouraged and often required

1. Learn and Perform Production Tasks

• Safely don and doff cleanroom attire and PPE.
• Operate pallet jacks and overhead cranes (with certification).
• Label, package, and inspect drums.
• Prepare, wash, and fill drums with high-purity chemicals.
• Calibrate tools and prepare filling equipment for use.
• Accurately maintain digital records in the inventory system.

2. Support Shift Operations

• Arrive on time and participate in passdown meetings.
• Follow assignments from senior operators and shift leads.
• Maintain housekeeping and clean production work areas daily.

3. Safety Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures—no exceptions.
• Stop work and alert team immediately if unsafe conditions are found.
• Maintain respirator and HAZWOPER certifications.
• Participate in daily safety shares and required training.

4. Quality Compliance

• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cleanroom protocols.
• Wear required cleanroom attire in designated areas.
• Report and help resolve any quality issues.
• Participate in daily quality shares and root cause investigations.

About You

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of work experience preferred (manufacturing, warehousing, or customer service ideal).
• Basic chemistry knowledge (high school level).
• Able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills and calculator proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Able to wear PPE, including a respirator and cleanroom gear.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and work in industrial environments.
