Controlled Holdings, an Indiana’s Best Place to Work and award-winning distributor of HVAC controls, is currently seeking a Production Specialist. We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual to join our operations team.

• Assist in the assembly of products
• Assist in the putting away of incoming shipments
• Assist in shipping customer orders and receiving inventory
• Ability to work overtime as requested
• Ability to read and follow work instructions / SOPs
• Participate in all physical inventories and company training sessions
• Complete all tasks in a safe and professional manner
• Use WMS software to pick raw materials and put products into locations

What we are looking for:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to stand, bend, twist, stoop, and climb ladders on a frequent basis
• Able to help resolve issues with production builds
• Able to communicate effectively with leadership
