Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner in Austin, TX that helps brands design, build and deliver innovative products. We are seeking a Production Specialist to join our team on 1st shift, reporting to the Operations Supervisor.

The role involves repair, scheduling, and overseeing productivity, with daily responsibilities including training new staff and assisting Process Engineering with daily issues. Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Flexflow experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and schedule work to maintain production flow.
• Oversee productivity across operations.
• Train new hires and assist Process Engineering with daily issues.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor the Production Specialist will be responsible for repair, schedules and overseeing productivity.

1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Monday -Friday

What a typical day looks like:

• Maintaining rework
• Understanding multiples operations in the process
• Responsible for training new individuals
• Assist Process Engineering with daily issues
