As a part of the Production Department and the campus team with oversight from the Production Lead, the Apple Valley Production Specialist coordinates and implements the audio, video, lighting and volunteer development needs of all midweek services/events at the broadcast campus as well as serving for weekend services and ensuring that they are executed with excellence.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The Production Specialist is required to perform a range of duties including, but not limited to:

• Coordinate all mid-week service/event production
• Recruit/train/schedule staff and volunteer lighting and media operators
• Identify and implement any ongoing training as necessary (software/hardware updates, procedural changes, etc.)
• Oversee audio, lighting, video, and volunteer needs for Wednesday Night Youth services
• Oversee the preparation of all media (slides, videos, etc.) for presentation at midweek services/events (including weddings/funerals)
• Prepare on-stage audio and video before rehearsals
• Assist any Broadcast campus maintenance/storage organization/installs as directed by the Production Director
• Assist any church-wide projects as coordinated by the Production Director (conferences, new campus installs, etc.)
• Any other campus-specific responsibilities as determined by Campus Pastor and Production Lead
• Lighting programming as needed by Production Lead
• Assist weekend and special events with technical support.
  

Other Responsibilities

Individual will complete responsibilities in accordance with the church’s policies and applicable procedures as assigned. Ability to travel and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in audio, lighting and video system setups
• Proficient in audio mixing techniques and consoles (Midas M32, Waves LV1, etc.)
• Proficient in lighting programming (Hog 4)
• Proficient in video, specifically:
• ProPresenter
• Abode Premier Pro
• Video streaming and playback (Resi)
• Panasonic Varicam & EVA1 Cameras
  

Education

Any combination of education and training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described with an emphasis on continual learning.

Experience

Successful candidate should have at least 2 years related experience.
