ARBOC Specialty Vehicles, LLC is seeking a hands-on assembler in Indiana to support frequent team collaboration and precise assembly tasks. The role emphasizes reading blueprints, measuring components, and following process sheets with basic math skills.

You will operate with minimal supervision in a busy manufacturing setting. The position requires adherence to lean principles such as 5S, strong teamwork, and effective communication to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with 5S and lean manufacturing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and general assembly.
