Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Fresno, CA is seeking a Production Shuttle Driver to support the Rental Division. The Shuttle Driver moves products and garments between a Cintas plant and other locations, conducts pre- and post-trip inspections, and safely drives a truck or van.

You will load and unload cargo, keep your work area clean, and meet or exceed quality and quantity standards while adhering to safety rules. This is a full‑time, 3rd shift position with competitive pay and benefits.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Shuttle Driver to support the Rental Division. The Shuttle Driver supports the efficient movement of products, materials, and garments between a Cintas plant and other Cintas or customer locations. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for conducting pre and post trip vehicle inspections and safely driving a truck or van. The Shuttle Driver is also responsible for loading and unloading the truck as needed. Shuttle Drivers are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $18.90 - $23.63/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
