Cintas is seeking a CDL Production Shuttle Driver to support the Rental Division. The Shuttle Driver transports clean items from a processing plant to a branch and soiled items back to the processing plant, daily, in a truck.

Loading/unloading with assistance, maintaining a clean work area, and meeting quality standards are required. The role requires a valid CDL, DOT medical certificate, and eligibility to work in the US; expected attendance and safety adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Cintas is seeking a CDL Production Shuttle Driver to support the Rental Division. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for accurately transporting clean items from a processing plant to a branch location and soiled products from a branch location to a processing plant in a truck every day. Shuttle Drivers are also responsible for loading and unloading the clean and soiled items from the truck, with assistance from other employees. Shuttle Drivers are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $20.00 - $27.50/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
