Revolution Sustainable Solutions, LLC is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor for our Flint, MI facility. You will supervise daily production operations, coach teams, and ensure safe, efficient execution of manufacturing processes.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, and one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting; plastics industry experience is preferred. The salary ranges from $25 to $30 per hour plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and coordinate activities to meet specifications.
• Promote plant safety and environmental programs and ensure compliance.
• Lead and coach line teams to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Inspect equipment and processes for safety and efficiency; address non-conformances.
• Communicate schedules, overtime, and training needs to all team members.
• Support master scheduling to meet production demands.
