Job summary

Qualifications

The Production Supervisor is full-time, exempt and reports to the Press Operations Manager supporting 3rd shift (graveyard). The role is a front-line supervisor responsible for the safety, production and quality goals of a production team for whom the supervisor plans, leads and directs the daily activities.

Key Functions

The Production Supervisor is expected to be a role model in our safety standards and on-the-job behavior by living our core values of Safety, Integrity, Citizenship, Sustainability and Inclusion. Accountabilities include ensuring compliance with all applicable Weyerhaeuser, federal, state and local laws and regulations. The selected applicant must be committed to leading continuous improvement in safety, reliability, cost management, process improvement, production flows, contingent staffing and housekeeping.

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $69,300-$104,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
