Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices and work with EHS to elevate a culture of safety.
• Monitor team performance and adherence to safety procedures.
• Provide daily work direction to team members regarding any shift issues.
