The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, waste, and downtime data.
• Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and quality control to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage allocation and utilization of personnel, materials, and equipment for the shift.
• Uphold company policies and discipline to maintain a productive work environment.
• Conduct shift handover meetings to ensure continuity of operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
