Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify safety and environmental issues and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and product quality meet specs.
• Inspect equipment and products to ensure safety, utilization and quality; communicate scheduling and training needs.
• Review and support the master scheduling process to meet production needs.
• Plan process activities and set priorities for procedures, equipment, process team performance, and staffing.
• Correct non-conformances in safety, production, policies, and procedures.
• Lead, coach, and support line teams to improve quality, flexibility, and cost performance.
• Conduct team meetings and safety training; provide feedback to hourly employees on performance.
• Promote and implement Core Values daily; collaborate with operations and support teams.
• Other duties as assigned.

Revolution is now hiring for a Night-Shift Production Shift Supervisor position in Hudson, WI. This role will be responsible for actively promoting plant safety, quality, and team performance. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

• Conduct routine inspections of the facility grounds and structures to identify and initiate corrective action(s) for safety and environmental discrepancies and physical and systems discrepancies.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and product quality meets specifications.
• Inspect equipment and product to ensure optimum safety, utilization, and quality. Communicate with all employees concerning safety, scheduling, problem-solving, overtime, vacations, and training.
• Review and support the master scheduling process to meet production needs.
• Plan process activities and follow established priorities regarding procedures, equipment capabilities, process team performance, and staffing levels.
• Review, analyze, and act to correct non-conformance in areas of safety, production, policies, and procedures.
• Lead, coach, and support line process teams to improve quality, increase flexibility and reduce costs.
• Conduct required team meetings and safety training.
• Provide feedback to hourly employees on job performance.
• Promote and implement our Core Values daily.
• Ability to understand and work well with team members, both in operations & support teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
