Job summary

Rosina Food Products, Inc. in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Shift Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Protein food manufacturing facility.

You will manage production and sanitation, set schedules, oversee machine operation, and drive KPI improvements in a USDA/FDA-regulated environment. This role requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, a high school diploma (AA/BA preferred), and strong leadership with bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience in food manufacturing.
• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, OSHA, food labeling, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in production management tools and reporting systems.
• Experience with USDA, FDA, NYS Organic standards a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities
