Job summary

H.B. Fuller Company in Fridley, MN seeks a Production Shift Manager for a 12-hour night shift (2-2-3 schedule, 6pm-6:30am). You will lead a night crew, drive safe and compliant operations, coach staff, monitor performance with data, and align with site strategies.

Training on day shift available. Requires 4+ years in manufacturing with 1–3 years of people leadership, ERP and MS Office skills; Lean/Six Sigma and 5S/ DMAIC experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience in shift-based operations.
• 1–3 years of people leadership experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Hands-on experience with continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, DMAIC).

Position Overview

The Fridley Shift Manager leads a 12-hour night shift team, reporting to the Production Manager. This role drives safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations while embedding continuous improvement and operational discipline. Success is measured by consistent delivery of quality products, strong safety performance, and engaged team members.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and model safety-first behaviors to achieve zero-injury performance

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $85,000.00 + based on experience.. In addition to your salary, H.B.
