Job summary

Kutol Products Company is seeking a hands-on Production Shift Supervisor to lead our production teams across a fast-paced facility in Cincinnati. You will drive safe, efficient operations, coach TeamMates, and coordinate resources to meet on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate thrives on continuous improvement and safety, and has experience with Lean methods and GMP/FDA environments. You will oversee filling, rework, assembly, and related activities while promoting a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

The role requires leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environments.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or 5S principles preferred.
Experience in FDA or GMP regulated manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct daily production activities to ensure quality products are produced and shipped on time.
Assign TeamMates to filling lines and production work areas based on staffing and production needs.
Monitor production workflow, line performance, and operational efficiency while minimizing downtime.
Coordinate shift-to-shift communication to ensure the on-coming shift is set up for success and continuity.
Provide coaching, guidance, and day-to-day leadership to Production TeamMates and Team Leaders.
Assist with equipment setup and production line operation when needed; troubleshoot issues.
