Responsibilities

• Communicate daily production needs with the production manager.
• Ensure proper staffing and provide real-time coaching.
• Provide directions to forklift drivers.
• Communicate trailer status with the production manager.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
• Coordinate with OTR drivers.
• Enforce safety protocols and PPE policies.
• Monitor employee performance.
• Ensure end-of-shift setup to prevent delays.
