Responsibilities

• Communicate with the production manager for daily production needs.
• Provide directions to forklift drivers and keep them organized.
• Communicate with the production manager about trailer status.
• Complete necessary paperwork for trailers.
• Communicate with OTR driver for paperwork and directions.
• Lead efforts to maintain safety and enforce PPE policies.
• Ensure proper staffing on each shift based on workflow.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching.
• Set up materials for tote teams and sorters before shift ends.
