A leading company in coffee production is seeking a Production Shift Lead PM to oversee labeling, packaging, and equipment operation at their Long Island City location. Job Summary: The Production Shift Lead is responsible for accurate labeling, packaging of coffee, equipment
operation, packing for delivery, organization of the production space, execution of the receiving and releasing of freight,
as well as comprehensive support to the production team. In addition to Production Assistant responsibilities, the
Production Shift Lead has demonstrated an advanced level of skill and commitment by developing expertise related to
operation of production equipment, delivery, and hospitality. The Lead also demonstrates an advanced understanding
of daily operations, leadership, and is able to contribute to problem solving.

Minimum Qualifications
Relevant Skills, knowledge & ability
Ability to focus on details within a task without interaction or supervision
Self-motivated: find meaning and value in repetitive tasks and physical labor
Experience in coffee or packaging/production roles
Ability to find teaching or educational moments within any mistakes (whether by yourself or the team)
Flexibility and patience to manage late orders, mechanical delays, or other uncontrollable variables.
Knowledge of spreadsheets and inventory management systems
Requirements
English language proficiency
Safety (equipment, food) and/or efficiency training preferred but not required (forklift, OSHA compliance, HACCP, etc).
Min 2 years roasting experience.
High level proficiency working within or creating systems and organizational strategy
Physical Requirements:
Must be able and willing to lift or move weights up to 100-150lbs assisted
Ability to work standing and moving in a non-climate controlled environment
