Job summary

ThermTech, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Lead for 1st shift (12-hour) with midweek start on Wednesday through Saturday. Wage ranges from $20.00 to $28.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

The Shift Lead will support the Shift Foreman, coordinate daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and develop leadership and technical skills. Requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years in heat treating or production.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with shift employees to meet schedules and commitments.

• Assist Shift Foreman with training records and performance tracking.
• Follow safety standards and escalate issues as needed.
