Job Description:

Production Services Engineer SRE positions offered by Payoneer Inc. (New York, NY). Providing technical consultation on various Payoneer technologies related to the core business. The group collaborates with various departments like R&D, cyber security team, SRE, IT, product & worldwide business groups helping to identify proactively technical trends and initiate complexes investigations.

Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Technology, or related technical field and 2 years of experience in the position offered or 2 years of experience performing data analysis and writing in SQL and maintaining IIS and Web Services. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree in the aforementioned fields and 2 years of experience as stated, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience. Also requires 1 year of experience: providing production support for Tier 3 or 4 embedded escalation engineering; implementing and maintaining robust monitoring, automation, and incident response processes to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of company infrastructure and applications; and collaborating with development teams to optimize system architecture, identify potential risks, and implement solutions for seamless operations and high availability of services. Position reports to New York, NY office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus. The annual base salary range for this position is: $128,523 per year.
