Associated Staffing Inc. is seeking a Production Seed Laborer to operate pallet jack and forklift in a fast-paced warehouse during harvest. The role requires physical work, rotating shifts, and reliable attendance.

Pay starts at $17.45 per hour with overtime and weekend hours as needed; this is a temporary position with steady hours during harvest. You will move packaged corn and grain, load and unload materials, and perform packing duties while complying with safety protocols.

We re hiring dependable Production Seed Laborer to keep products moving in a fast-paced packaging and warehouse environment. If you have pallet jack, forklift experience, don t mind physical work and can commit to a rotating schedule, we want to hear from you! Excellent attendance is a MUST for this position.

Schedule

Schedule: Candidates must be able to work all listed shifts and rotate schedules every few weeks based on production needs.

• During Harvest Season: Sunday Thursday | 6: 00 PM 6: 30 AM
• During Harvest Season: Monday Friday | 6: 00 AM 6: 30 PM
• During Harvest Season: Monday Saturday | 6: 00 AM 4: 30 PM
• Outside of Harvest Season: Monday Thursday | 8: 00 PM 6: 30 AM
• Outside of Harvest Season: Monday Thursday | 6: 00 AM 4: 30 PM
• Outside of Harvest Season: Fridays may be required depending on workload

What You ll Do:

• Operate a pallet jack & forklift safely and efficiently
• Move packaged corn and grain products to the warehouse
• Load and unload materials
• Fill and pack supplies as needed
• Frequently get on and off the forklift
• Walk and climb stairs throughout the shift
• Perform other physical warehouse and packaging duties as needed
