Job summary

Nesco Resource, LLC is seeking candidates to coordinate daily production, monitor quality, and interpret shop orders and blueprints. You will train and supervise staff to maintain efficiency and accuracy while verifying materials and quantities before production begins.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and organizational skills to ensure on-time completion of orders in a manufacturing environment on site.

Job Skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to use precision measuring tools, including rulers, calipers, and scales.
• Mechanical aptitude and/or previous mechanical experience preferred.
• Experience with Paycom Payroll and AS400 software is a plus.
