• Gather daily production data from departments and distribute to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update production schedules based on priorities and capacity.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop daily/weekly schedules balancing workload and customer expectations.
• Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to address changes.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings and coordinate activities across departments.
• Communicate schedule updates and production status in a timely manner.
• Organize production documentation and ensure materials are distributed.
• Coordinate temporary staffing and assist with workforce scheduling.
• Support prepress and other teams to ensure files and materials are ready for scheduled production.
• Plan equipment coverage and overtime with operations leadership.
• Prepare reports on production performance and scheduling updates.
• Alert teams to delays or bottlenecks and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate with shipping, warehouse, and customer service to align with delivery commitments.
• Work with purchasing to ensure raw materials are available for schedules.
