You will balance shop floor scheduling with design order triage, coordinating with sales, truss design, and site delivery to ensure timely job processing and accurate material flow.

Strong scheduling system experience and proactive problem-solving are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling in manufacturing or fabrication environments.
• Familiarity with Mitek and Bistrack or similar scheduling/ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule across shop floor and update real-time plans with production leads and Design Manager.
• Audit incoming truss orders and allocate design tasks based on designer capacity.
• Monitor deadlines and reassign design work to balance capacity and delivery dates.
• Communicate lead times to sales and assess feasibility of expedited requests.
