Job summary

The role collaborates with multiple teams to set daily and weekly goals, allocate hardware between new and refurb stock, and ensure on-time delivery while managing supplier relationships and escalating risks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in scheduling/operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to develop internal/external supplier relationships in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on strategic problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production scheduling for a given work center; project long-term rate needs.
• Create a rate-based schedule for hardware and track constraints for 6+ missions.
• Collaborate to allocate hardware between new/refurbished stock to meet customer needs.
• Set and track daily/weekly goals considering personnel and equipment limits.
• Communicate estimated hardware needs and completion dates with suppliers.
• Manage scheduling and prioritization of hardware at shared resources.
