Karman Space & Defense seeks a Scheduler to maintain production flow in Corona, CA. You will coordinate priorities, track work in process, and resolve constraints to meet production commitments.

Responsibilities include acting as the scheduling point of contact, updating ERP systems, expediting critical orders, and collaborating with operators and supervisors to optimize throughput. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Scheduling or planning experience.
• Understanding of routings, travelers, and shop floor operations.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems; Epicor experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to support process-improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work directly with operators and supervisors.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.

Responsabilités

• Serves as the primary scheduling point of contact for assigned resource groups.
• Monitors and manages work in process status for production jobs and ensures updates are accurately reflected in enterprise resource planning systems.
• Prioritizes and expedites jobs affected by material, labor, tooling, or quality constraints.
• Coordinates priorities and communicates job status updates with supervisors, planners, and operations teams.
• Supports recovery efforts for late or high-priority orders.
• Assists with part staging, expediting, job sequencing, and reprioritization activities.
• Identifies production bottlenecks and escalates issues affecting delivery performance. Supports inventory cycle count activities as required.
