Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of production scheduling or planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing.
• IQMS experience.
• ERP/MRP system experience.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, publish, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Balance customer demand, capacity, material availability, labor, and warehouse constraints.
• Adjust schedules based on demand changes, material shortages, or equipment issues.
• Prioritize orders to meet delivery commitments.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for disruptions.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Customer Service, and Warehouse to align material availability and shipping.
