Plastic Molding Manufacturing (PMM) is seeking a dedicated production scheduler to align customer demands with inventory and capacity. You will plan and optimize a detailed production schedule across multiple plastic injection molding machines to ensure on-time delivery.

This full-time role requires strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with IQMS. You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams and proactively mitigate potential delays to

Qualifications

• Previous experience planning and scheduling plastic injection molding machines and labor.
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of IQMS
• Meticulous attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Schedule 30+ plastic injection molding machines while minimizing downtime.
• Coordinate with other departments to allocate the resources, materials, equipment, and personnel needed to effectively run production.
• Anticipate and mitigate potential issues or shortages that may interrupt production.
• Oversee the inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure supply levels are adequate and available for upcoming scheduled runs.
• Identify opportunities for improvement regarding efficiency, cost reduction, and downtime.
• Ensure timely delivery of all customer goods and proactively communicate any potential delays that may occur.
