Job summary

Ajinomoto Cambrooke, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Planner/Production Scheduler to ensure seamless flow of raw materials, packaging, and production resources in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role translates production needs into material requirements, creates schedules, and coordinates ingredient deliveries to minimize downtime and waste. This position requires a BS in Supply Chain or related field and 3+ years of SCM experience in manufacturing, preferably food/beverage.

Qualifications

• Analytical ability with demonstrated skills to manage inventory levels.
• Effective problem-solving, conflict management, communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and production scheduling principles.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel skills, and ERP systems.
• Strong skills in creating, updating, and adjusting weekly or daily production schedules.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, be on-call, and travel as necessary.
• Must have a “can-do” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Translate confirmed production needs into material requirements through MRP processes.
• Create and maintain efficient weekly and daily production schedules.
• Align ingredient deliveries with manufacturing runs to minimize downtime and waste.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery and traceability for food-safety compliance.
