Job summary

Trident Systems is seeking a Production Scheduler II to optimize manufacturing flow for space electronics. You will create, schedule, release, and maintain production orders to meet program delivery requirements and leverage ERP/MRP systems for material readiness.

The role reports to the Materials Manager and collaborates with Material Planning, Operations Program Managers, Buyers, and Manufacturing to ensure on-time execution and disciplined scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of production scheduling or related supply chain experience.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems to create, schedule, release, or maintain production orders.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze schedules and material readiness.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and release production orders to support manufacturing execution and material readiness.
• Coordinate with Operations Program Managers to align work release with priorities.
• Maintain accurate production dates, routing, and material requirements in ERP/MRP.
• Identify shortages or constraints and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain rolling dispatch lists and production schedules for leadership.
